The associated technical drawings of the retrofit-kits are provided under license, allowing customers to utilize this information in a controlled and efficient manner within their own manufacturing processes.

  • Mounting recommendations tailored to industrial applications

  • Design documentation has been prepared in line with recommended guidelines for the integration of newly selected circuit breakers.

 

Terms of License

Permitted Use:

  • Internal production and processing within your own organization

  • Use by your designated suppliers

Prohibited Use:

  • Resale of drawings or documentation

  • Modification without prior consultation

  • Distribution beyond the agreed licensing scope

Confidentiality

All provided drawings, models, BOM structures, and technical documents are considered confidential business information of LV Retrofit. The client is required to protect this information from access by third parties and may only share it with parties directly involved in the execution of the specific project. Any unauthorized distribution, copying, or disclosure is considered a violation of these terms.

Document Identification

LV Retrofit may include unique identification codes, watermarks, or metadata within drawings and documentation to verify origin and licensing scope. These identifiers allow LV Retrofit to determine to which client a document was originally supplied. Removing, altering, or obscuring this identification is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the licensing terms.

LV Retrofit accepts no liability for damages or installation issues resulting from:

  • Failure to verify dimensions and connection positions in advance

The use of the provided information and components is entirely at the user's own risk. We strongly recommend verifying all designs prior to disassembly or installation.
